I’m not a millennial mom, or Black mom, or a mom of color. Can I still attend? 

All moms are welcome at The Momference®, but we prioritize creating a safe and culturally relevant space for Black and Brown moms.

Is this a Mom Only Event?

Yes! This experience is specifically curated for moms. No dads allowed.

Are pregnant mamas or little ones welcomed?

Absolutely! We love our moms-to-be! Your comfort and well-being are our priorities, so feel free to enjoy the events while also taking time to rest in your hotel room. Our Mommy Lounge is a great space to connect with other expecting moms and enjoy goodies from our sponsors.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, we welcome babies under 12 months, especially non-mobile ones. While we encourage moms to take a weekend for themselves, we understand the needs of breastfeeding and attachment. Our Mommy Lounge is equipped with breastfeeding and toddler supplies, providing a relaxing space for moms and babies to connect.

How can I be a part of The Momference®? 

You can join as an attendee, speaker, sponsor, or Mommy Market vendor.

How can I be a vendor? 

We open applications for The Mommy Market in January. We’re looking for fun, unique, mom-focused brands and products. Check out our past Mommy Markets in our gallery for inspiration! For more information, email [email protected].

We select speakers based on our theme and interests. We welcome thoughtful proposals that align with our annual theme. To submit, please email [email protected].

Are you looking for more people to join the planning team?

Can I get a media pass/press pass for The Momference®? 

Due to high demand, press passes are limited and reserved for commercial news outlets. Please email [email protected] for consideration.

How do I become a sponsor?

I’m no longer able to attend the conference. Can I sell my ticket or get a refund? 

Tickets for The Momference® are non-refundable. If you need to sell your ticket, it’s your responsibility to transfer any information to our team. For assistance, email [email protected].

Does my ticket price include hotel and travel?

Your ticket covers the conference experience, including workshops, wellness activities, meals, and more, but does not include travel or accommodations. We recommend staying at the host hotel for all official events. Local hotel recommendations are available for those who choose to stay elsewhere.
